Terms & Conditions 
Country Canines Glamping 

Check in/out
Check in is from 4pm with strictly no check in after 7pm. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your estimated time of arrival, so we can be on site to meet you, and give a tour of the site and facilities. Please vacate your tent and the dog park by 10am

 

Cancellation Policy
OUR USUAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Payments for bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking tell us immediately by telephone and then in writing and we will, without prejudice to our right to full payment, take reasonable steps to re-let the tent. If we manage to re-let the tent we will refund your money, less a £50 administration charge.

 
Nuisance
Guests must be respectful of the location and nature of the site. Loud noise and nuisance will not be tolerated at any time and all noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm. Nuisance barking must be stopped in it's tracks.   Although the site is remote, noise does travel easily in the open air and under Canvas, so please be respectful of nearby residents. Guests or dogs who in our reasonable opinion are causing nuisance, may be required to immediately leave the site. 

Occupancy
Occupancy of a canvas room must not exceed 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children and up to 3 small to medium dogs.  We reserve the right to decline accommodation and/or ask you to leave the site at any time if your numbers exceed this. The booking will then be deemed cancelled with full loss of payment. 

 kitchen Trailer
If you are using the kitchen to cook food/drink, please make sure that you leave the area as you found it. Clean and tidy.

Warning
Please remember you are staying in a dog field camping environment The dog field a stream at close proximity to the Bell Tents. Some of the camp equipment can be dangerous if misused. The proprietor accepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, animals, vehicle or personal effects however caused. Please do not leave children unaccompanied in the woodland areas. Guests should acknowledge that glamping involves exposure to nature, including insects and wildlife. The design of the tents helps keep them at bay, but guests should take sensible precautions and we will not be liable for harm arising from such natural phenomena. Please note that our site is in the open countryside therefore hay fever sufferers are advised to take anti-histamines.

Negligence
Guests will be held responsible for any fire, damage or alteration to the structure caused by negligence.

Breakages
Any damage or breakages which may occur must be paid for. Small accidental damages or breakages of a minor nature will not normally be charged but you are required to report all breakage and damage to the owners at the time or before you leave the glamping site.

Cold Weather
The temperature can drop especially through-out the night. .There is a log burning stove in your bell tent to provide warmth, any damage caused by negligence  must be paid for.  Always make sure that the guard is around the fire at all times and the hatch is closed.  

Closures
In extreme weather Country Canines Glamping  reserves the right to close the venue. A full refund will be given if the site is unable to open due to extreme weather and if we feel the venue has become unsafe.  Alternative dates will be offered for your payment to be set against.

 

 

Force Majeure

Country Canines Glamping cannot be held liable if through Force Majeure our agreement is entirely or partially, temporarily or permanently, prevented due to circumstances which are beyond our control  including fire, floods, stormy weather, gales, epidemic, pandemic, threat of war, staff strikes, blockades and other disruptions or events.


Complaints
Any complaints must be made known to us immediately. No complaints will be entertained at the end of the stay or after the guest has departed. 


Belongings
Country Canines Glamping accept no liability for any belongings left in the tents at any time. If you have valuable items that you wish to leave in a secure place please let us know and we will store these for you at your own risk.
 
Tent Rules

No footwear inside the tents.
Please do not use any heating equipment unless provided by us for this purpose.   Please do not use any fire, candle or other naked flames, or cooking or gas appliances inside the tents unless supplied by us.  When the tent is unoccupied, keep it closed, dry and secure and in particular close any door !
Please do not tamper with the structure or any part of the equipment and in particular not affix or suspend any item from the tent.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the tents under any circumstances. Smoking outdoors is permitted but please collect any cigarette butts and dispose of them appropriately.

Extra guests
Any extra guests (adults or children) are welcome to visit but are not permitted to stay in the tent.  There are various price options for our glamping tent depending on the amount of people staying.  The no of people staying must be pre-booked.  When enjoying your stay at Country Canines Glamping, particularly at night, please be considerate to our neigh bours and fellow glampers. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 11pm. This means chatting outside must be with low voices. The site manager reserves the right to ask noisy/disruptive guests to leave.

We are a low noise policy glamping site.


Our Ethos
We aim for our glamping night to offer you a break from the norm. It should be a truly unique experience that will be remembered for a lifetime with a chance for you to re-connect with the natural world around you and with your family and dogs. It enables families to enjoy the benefits of a healthy break with fresh air, night starry skies, campfires, toasted marshmallows, all in complete comfort.
